1. Do you offer a trial period or a product demo?

3. What is the difference between the free and paid versions?

The free version is limited. You can create one signature in the free version. In the free version, you won't be able to use banners, custom fields, or popular signature templates. Using the free version means you can only create one signature, which won't be enough.If you are a professional, then you should use a paid account. A paid account allows you to use all of our pro features.

5. How does the subscription work?

1.Choose a plan: monthly or yearly

2. Enter your payment information: We accept all major credit and debit cards.

3. Start using MySign: Once you've subscribed, you can start using all of our features.

2. What will happen after my subscription expires?

Your account will be expired automatically and all images and links used in your signature will be stopped.To continue using MySign signature Generator, please renew your subscription before it expires.

4. How can I upgrade my account if I need more signatures?

You can increase your signature slot by upgrading your package. Go to your profile and click on Upgrade.

6. If I have a discount code, how do I use it?

The discount will be applied to your order. You can choose between a monthly, or annual plan. Once you have done so, proceed to the checkout and you will see an "Add Coupon" button.
